Ancient Power
The final book in E.L.B. Smith's Ancient series, out November 21, 2026. The vampire Edward has threatened Rose's unborn twins, so Rose and her mates Kai and Ethan travel the land gathering allies before war breaks out.
Everything You Need to Know About Ancient Power
Ancient Power closes the two-book Ancient series. Rose is pregnant with twins, and the vampire Edward has made it clear he wants them, the same way he once kept Rose as his personal blood supply.
Rose and her mates, Kai and Ethan, set out on a series of dangerous journeys to gather allies for the war they know is coming. Not every species wants to stand with them, and each one tests their strength and their power before deciding.
The author describes it as a book of devotion under pressure: a family that will not break, even when everything around them is trying to pull them apart.
The protectiveness turned up even further. With children at stake, Kai and Ethan's devotion is the engine of the book.
More of the world. The ally-gathering journeys take the story beyond the first book's setting and bring in new species.
A finished series. Two books, start to end, out within the same year.
Threats against unborn children, violence, war, references to past captivity and blood abuse, and explicit sexual content.
