Alex Stern

A dark tale of magic, politics, and danger plays out through the eyes of a woman caught in supernatural intrigue at an elite university. Power, secrets, and violence permeate every page. Darkness wins out.

Dark academia meets occult magic in a story set at Yale where students are willing to risk everything for knowledge and power. The atmosphere is heavy with danger and the possibility of real supernatural consequences. Bending hell to your will sounds like a fantasy until it becomes a choice you have to make.

The final Alex Stern book. Alex left the door to hell open at the end of Hell Bent, and now demons are walking around New Haven while the Lethe board tries to get rid of her. She has Dawes, Turner, Mercy and a changed Darlington on her side, a vampire tied to the societies on the other. Dark, low on romance, and a proper ending to the trilogy.
